East Staffordshire Borough Council has announced a programme to improve the cleanliness of the A38 and its access roads.

Bailiffs at a Barton Fishing Pool spotted an individual depositing bags of waste into the refuse bins provided for fishing club member’s use. The individual responsible had transported the waste to the site in the back of a van and was observed by the Bailiffs filling up the bins.
