In line with new government regulations, National Planning Applications Fees will increase by 20% as of 17th January 2018.
Applicants can refer to the Planning Portal online fee calculator to estimate your fee. Subject to the answers you select, the Planning Portal will determine whether you have submitted the correct fee. The Council will always check the fee due to us when the application is submitted once the plans have been verified.
