East Staffordshire Borough Council is to provide an opportunity for all children and their families to come out and play at the annual Playday at Shobnall Leisure Complex.
Children will have the opportunity to participate in this fun filled day of activities on Wednesday 1st August 2018 between 12.00pm – 3.00pm at Shobnall Leisure Complex. Play is essential for physical and emotional growth, for mental, intellectual and educational development, and for acquiring social and behavioural skills.
East Staffordshire Borough Council’s Sport Development Team will be organising activities that are fun and engaging for children. Magical Mayhem and Miss Sparkle will be providing children’s magical entertainment, balloon modelling and circus skill. The Brewhouse will be delivering music and movement and art and craft sessions. There will also be dance performance, Bouncy Castles, Face painting and many other activities. Playday will give children and their families an opportunity to get out and play for free.
