I am so very sad to hear of the passing of Queen Elizabeth. The Queen has been the main stay and back bone of our great Country for so many years and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland would not be the country it is today were it not for her steady, reliable and inspirational leadership.
To me The Queen represents everything it is to be British and has lead our collection of nations through many difficult moments where people looked to the head of state for stability and sure enough they found it. The Queen was always there, a constant presence, as promised in 1952 a promise which has never been broken.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family, particularly His Majesty The King, long may he reign.
