*The Burton upon Trent Town Masterplan was originally prepared as an Area Action Plan which was later abandoned, so these documents should be used for evidence base purposes only. Planning policy for Burton upon Trent's town centre is covered by Policy SP21 'Managing Town Centres' within the Submission Local Plan.
