Coronavirus: Parks and Open Spaces

All outdoor sports facilities such as basketball, tennis courts and outdoor gym facilities are closed. Parks, including children’s play areas will remain open.

Other ESBC services affected by Coronavirus

Following changes to the Government’s guidance on meeting in open spaces we have reopened the Council’s directly operated tennis courts, basketball courts and the Bramshall Bowling Green.

Multi use games area (basketball/football)

  • Anglesey Road
  • Canterbury Road
  • Carver Road
  • Edgehill Community Park
  • Heath Road Community Park (Stapenhill)
  • Horninglow Community Park
  • Pennycroft Community Park
  • Tutbury Mill
  • Unity Park
  • Wetmore Community Park
  • Bramshall Park

Tennis courts, basketball courts and bowling greens

  • Newton Road basketball and tennis courts
  • Shobnall basketball court
  • Bramshall Park tennis courts.
  • Bramshall bowling green has also been opened.

All play areas and outdoor gyms remain closed.
