Swim Active provides everything you need to motivate, challenge and support you to reach your fitness goals. Whether that is to lose weight, to tone, to improve technique or just to become fitter and stronger. Our instructor led session is a fun and effective way to get those results you want.

Swim Active is designed to develop fitness through endurance and aerobic swimming, aimed at intermediate and advanced swimmers using progressive training plans the session includes a motivational & supportive coach and would ideally appeal to Tri-athlete, Masters or ex club and swimmers wanting to improve their fitness through swimming or as part of a varied fitness programme (gym, fitness classes, running, swimming etc).
Please Note it is essential that aquatic breathing is in place on front crawl and breaststroke and it is recommended that participants are able to complete 4 to 8 lengths of front crawl continuously.
