Now that the weather is getting better – why don’t you get your bike out of the shed, pump up the tyres and go for a ride.
There are many cycle routes in East Staffordshire and these can be located on the Staffordshire County Council website.

Also, why not try cycling to work instead of driving, you will save money, get fit and do your bit for the environment.

- Exercise due care and attention at all times, and obey the Highway Code, including all traffic signs and traffic signals
