Moving to a new property / selling or renting your property to someone else

If you are moving house out of the East Staffordshire Council area or are selling/renting a domestic property, we will need details of the changes so we can update our records and send you a final bill.

You can advise us by downloading the Leaving your Property form, completing it and posting it back to the address at the bottom of the page.

Council Tax Refunds

If you think you may be entitled to a council tax refund you can complete the Council Tax Refund Form and post it back to the address shown at the bottom of the page.

General Information about Council Tax

If you think we are holding incorrect details about you complete the Have we got your Council Tax Details Right Form by posting it back to the address shown at the bottom of the page.

Please tell us your Council Tax account number when contacting us. This is shown on the top right hand side of your bill.
