Our Benefits include:
Excellent Local Government Pension Scheme
ESBC employees are given the option to join the local Government Pension scheme, run by Staffordshire County Council. Employees contribute between 5.5% and 7.5% of their gross salary and receive a tax-free lump sum on retirement based on their final years salary.

Generous Holiday Entitlement
There is a generous annual leave entitlement; basic entitlement ranges from 23 days to 38 days plus public holidays an extra statutory day, and 2 concessionary days.
