Welcome to the Neighbourhood Working Pages.

Neighbourhood Working is about improving the quality of life for people living and working in East Staffordshire. Working with local communities on issues that are

• locally identified,
• locally supported
• make a difference

Neighbourhood Working has been in existence across the borough for over two years now and through work with our community groups, borough councillors, parish councils, residents and partners there have been many successes.

We have separated the working areas into Rural & Uttoxeter (Yellow), Semi- Rural (Blue) and Urban Neighbourhood (Red) to help the Council and our partners better understand the unique needs of the communities in each of these locations.

One way to influence local services is through the Neighbourhood Forums. These meet half yearly and it is an opportunity to have local priorities identified and to catch up on the progress of priorities across the borough.The last of these was in November 2012 and the latest information for each area page
