The Building Control Division has joined with other Local Authorities to develop the "Submit-a-plan portal" This means you can submit Building Regulations Applications over the internet.

You will be able to complete an on-line application form and send us electronic copies of your plans. At the moment you cannot pay the fee electronically, on-line payments will be available soon. In the meantime payment can be made in the normal manner using cheque or alternatively be telephone using credit or debit card.

This service is:

• Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• Works with all CAD applications
• Eliminates sending multiple paper plans
• Saves time and money
• Environmentally friendly

This facility also allows you to track your applications through Track-a-Plan.

All you have to do is register your details, free of charge, and you'll be able to submit and track your application.
