ESBC Building Control operates a same day service for Building Regulation Inspections. This service is provided entirely to benefit our customers, to minimise delays on site and to ensure that all relevant works are inspected at the most appropriate time. In order for us to be able to provide this level of service it is vital that you provide us with the following details:-

• The address of the site
• The Building Regulation Application Number
• The inspection stage reached

Please note:-

Without the application number a same day inspection cannot be guaranteed.

It may take a surveyor 30-40 minutes just to travel to your property. If your work is not going to be ready for inspection please let us know. This is the only way that we are able to continue to offer the same day inspection service.

Important Building Regulation Inspection Requests

• Inspection request postcards are no longer issued
• All requests for inspection visits should be made by using the on-line form or by telephone
• Please give as much notice as possible
• You will be issued with a receipt number for all telephone inspection requests
