If you are a commercial property East Staffordshire Borough Council can provide a service for the collection of trade waste. There is a charge for this service because under the Environmental Protection Act, 1990 you are not entitled to a free collection and by doing so you are committing an offence under the above Act.
The Council can provide a blue bag service or a 240 litre wheeled bin service. The collections can be made on a fortnightly or weekly basis. We can also provide a skip service, which again can be emptied weekly, fortnightly or on request depending on individual requirements.
