If you have not received a collection of your trade waste under your agreement you have with the Council, this should be reported to Environment Services who can investigate the reason and report this back to you. It may be an omission in which case we can take the necessary steps to resolve the complaint.

If you are not happy with the service, how the complaint is handled, or for more serious complaints, you can make your complaint in writing to Mr P Farrer, Environment Manager who will respond to you formally.

In the first instance, please contact Environment Services who can respond to your initial complaint in a satisfactory manner.
