Badminton Coaching – Whether your just starting out or looking to improve your technique, we have a session for you. We have a range of sessions for ages 7-18 + Yrs. Our experienced coaching staff will be improving your game in no time. These sessions will be one hour in length and will focus on developing your skills whilst improving your general match play. Mini Soccer – Want to be the next David Beckham? Our mini soccer classes are ideal for children looking to take their first steps in a structured football environment. Sessions will include, improving skills, match play and general knowledge of the game.
Our level two coaches will be on hand to ensure your child will progress through their first steps in football. Sessions will last one hour, over a 10 week period, payable in advance.
5 A Side Football – Our 5 a side football league runs every Monday evening. It offers an alternative to gym sessions and is a great way to get fit or socialise with friends. For more information please contact our reception team on 01889 562844.

Our sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These sessions are an ideal way to keep fit and healthy in a relaxed environment. Come and join our friendly groups and get active.
Casual Table Tennis – Enjoy table tennis? Then why not book out one of our tables and have a game with friends? Daytime, Evening & Weekend Courts available.
Crèche - Perfect if you require time to yourself. Why not enjoy a session in the gym, swim or take part in an aerobics class? Our fully qualified Crèche staff supervises the children at all times.

Our Crèche is full of exciting play equipment. From a large ball pool and slide to a range of sit on toys, bikes and trucks.
Baby changing facilities are also available in this area.
