Zumba - Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what Zumba is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning dance class, that's moving millions of people towards joy and health.
Pilates - Focusing on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to provide support to the spine. Pilates teaches awareness of breathing and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
Spin - Make your fitness goals a reality with our fantastic spin classes. No complicated moves to learn, great instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting fit has never been more fun! Bums, Tums & Tone - Improve all over muscle tone, with focus on the ‘Bums & Tums’. This class is suitable for all abilities and ideal as a low impact/low choreography class.
Bootcamp Circuit - This is an overall body workout, which improves strength & endurance. This class is suitable for people with a good level of fitness.
Aerobics - A class combining aerobic exercise with stretching and strengthening while improving all levels of fitness. Suitable for all abilities.
Spin Fit - All the benefits of outdoor cycling with indoor comforts combined with additional cardio and resistance exercises off the bike to create a total body work out. Booking Required
Abs Blast - An abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability to improve your body shape. This 45 minute workout is focused on flattening and strengthen the stomach. It will take you through a brief warm up before moving to mat work for a series of exercises.
Aqua Aerobics - Aqua Aerobics is a low impact form of exercise and is ideal for those suffering from Arthritis, back pain, bad knees or pregnant women. Half an hour of aqua aerobics exercise can burn up to 300 calories and is an excellent cardio vascular workout.
