Sport East Staffs is committed to the Education and Development of Coaches in the Borough as is emphasised in the current Sports Development Strategy, which states, “We will work in partnership to ensure the delivery of quality coach development programmes and opportunities in coaching.”

Sport East Staffs runs a wide and varied education programme through out the year, in conjunction with the County Sports Partnership ‘Sport Across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent’

The Sports Development team, organise Coach Education courses and workshops for young Sports Coaches. For those looking to take the first step onto the Coaching Ladders we run the Level 1 and Level 2 Award in Community Sports Leadership.

We also encourage Young Sports Coaches to become involved as volunteers on out Sports Programmes to gain experience in the delivering, planning and organising of coaching sessions.
