East Staffordshire Local Plan
ESBC adopted its Local Plan in July 2006. This Plan was in use from July 2006 to July 2009. Since then the Saved Policies Local Plan has been used in line with the Secretary of State’s Direction setting out the policies that could be saved. These policies, along with the saved policies from the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Structure Plan and national and regional policies are used to determine planning applications submitted.
