COURTYARD DECISION
Firstly, thank you for your votes. Unfortunately we didn’t receive enough votes for the Courtyard in order for the project to go ahead. We will keep you updated with any additional information on this matter.
SURVEYS
Thank you all for being so co-operative with Mace and getting the surveys carried out. We only have a few properties left and so we urge those remaining properties to get in touch and book an appointment.

Now the surveys have been completed, a schedule of works can be drawn up for each property detailing what will be done for each property. We will then ask you to sign the license to agree to the works and to allow a contractor to carry them out.
As soon as we have a contractor on board we will let you know. We will then work closely with them to source products of which you as residents will have the ability to choose e.g. colour of door etc. Colours will be similar to the pallet used for IBHI 1 on Wellington Road.
RESIDENTS MEETINGS
Meeting Dates:
- Wednesday 1st December 2010;
- There will be an open evening arranged for the new year to detail products that will be used in the project i.e. windows and doors. We will keep you updated with a date and time.
