Burton Upon Trent Customer Service Centre

Supportingthe long-term regeneration programme for Burton Town Centre, the disused fish market has been transformed into The East Staffordshire Borough Council Customer Service Centre (CSC).
The centre provides a welcoming environment where you will be met by a highly trained, professional team who deliver a first class service striving to answer your query in just one visit.
We aim to exceed our customer’s expectations. To assist in this we offer private interview rooms (upon request), hearing loop facilities to assist those customers who are hard of hearing, and a purpose built centre that is wheelchair friendly.
Uttoxeter Customer Service Centre
