Crèche

Monday to Friday 9:15am – 10:45am and 10:45am – 12:15pm (Bookable as separate or double sessions)

• The crèche is available for children aged between one and five years.
• Sessions last 90 minutes between 9.15am & 10.45am and 10.45am & 12.15pm. You can book your child onto one or both of the sessions.
• Your child is only attending one session they can be dropped off any time after the session starts but must be picked up at the end of the session or before the session ends. (The session cost remains the same).
• Sessions will include energetic play in the soft play area, painting, playing with toys, colouring and reading. Snacks and dinks will be provided during the session, you can bring your own healthy snacks if you prefer which the crèche assistants will happily give to your child.
• If your child is still in nappies please ensure they arrive in a clean nappy and have spare nappies available. A spare change of clothes may also be useful.
• Children must be signed in to the crèche by parents or carers. In case there are any issues where we may need to locate a parent, staff must be informed of your whereabouts while the children are in the crèche.

PARENTS AND CARERS MUST REMAIN IN THE CENTRE WHILE CHILDREN ARE IN THE CRÈCHE.

Pushchairs can be stored in the entrance to the crèche/play area. Customers leaving items do so at their own risk.

• You can book into the crèche seven days in advance.
• Bookings can be made in person at the main reception or over the phone on 01283 508865.
• The Ratio of staff to children is 1:3 for children under two years and 1:4 for children aged from two to five years. Booking is essential to ensure your child has a place. 
• On your first visit you will be asked to complete a registration form for your children. Please make time for this.

Parent/Carer and Toddler Group

Tuesdays and Thursdays 1.00pm - 2.30pm

• The toddler group is available for children of any age up to school age.
• The parent/carer must stay in the play area.
• Coffee, tea, squash & biscuits included in price.
• The session will take a maximum of 15 babies/children plus parents/carers.
• Sessions will include energetic play in the soft play area, painting, playing with toys, colouring and reading.

Casual Usage – Times may vary during school holidays

Monday to Thursday 4:00pm – 7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:00am – 11:00am

• The coral reef play area is available for casual use.
• The play area can be used by children of all ages during the casual sessions but children under the age of two must be supervised by a parent or carer.
• Height restrictions apply for the toddler area and the high level play areas.
• Children can be left by parents or carers who wish to use another part of the leisure centre. In case there are any issues and parents need to be located, staff must be informed of your whereabouts while the children are in the play area.

PARENTS AND CARERS MUST REMAIN IN THE CENTRE WHILE CHILDREN ARE IN THE PLAY AREA.

Group Sessions

Monday to Friday 1:00pm – 3:00pm (Not including Thursdays)

The play area can be used by organised groups. Group bookings can be made through Sue Smith on 01283 508861.

Party Bookings

Friday 4:00pm – 6:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 11:00am – 4:30pm
