Search Request Form
- The Search Request Form is available from the ESBC website
- You can send the form to Local Land Charges (LLC) in several ways:
- complete online by using the link above
- download and attach to your email
- download and send through the post
- Our average turn round time for all residential search requests is 4 working days
- You can make payment in several ways:
- You can open a monthly account by supplying LLC with the relevant information on the Search Request Form. You will then receive an invoice at the beginning of each month i. Please note: Any non payment of fees within the terms of the invoice will result in no further work being carried out, until the account is settled in full
- Make cheques payable to ‘East Staffordshire Borough Council’ and submit directly to LLC or via the Customer Service Centre (CSC)
- CSC also accept payment by card
- Cash is not accepted
- Please ensure you inform LLC how you intend to make payment, otherwise this will delay the request in being processed
- All search requests can be returned either:
- By email
- Or through the post
- Please indicate in the relevant box on the Search Request Form your preferred choice before submitting Guide ‘How to Access Con29 Information’
- Use this guide in conjunction with the search request form
- This guide has been produced to assist you in obtaining all the information required to compile a full Con29R search
- The guide provides you with a list of public registers and public information available, which the majority can be accessed free of charge
- The guide gives details how and where to view the public registers
- Ensure you make the necessary appointments with the appropriate department as stated in the guide
- Questions 1.1.f-h, 3.1, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 on the Con 29R can only be obtained from LLC at East Staffordshire Borough Council
