• Sending your reasons in a letter to the “Benefits Section, Town Hall, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2EB” or
• Calling into see a customer services officer at the Customer Service Centre , Market Place, Burton (open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday with a 6pm closure on Thursdays) or at the Uttoxeter library (open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm Saturdays).
• Email your reasons for backdating or

• ring one of the numbers shown in the box below or
• come into see a Customer Services Officer at the Market Place, Burton or at the library Uttoxeter.

3. DON’T DELAY in putting in your application for backdating.
