  • Write to the Benefits section, ESBC, Town Hall, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire or
  • Telephone the number below or
  • Call in to see a customer service officer at the Customer Service Centre,Market Place, Burton on Trent opening times Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (except for Wednesdays when the centre will open at 9.45am) with a 6.00pm closure on Thursday or at Uttoxeter Library opening times Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm
