• Writing to the “Benefits Section, Town Hall, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2EB” OR
• Calling into see a customer services officer at the Customer Service Centre,Market Place  Burton on Trent,opening times Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a 6.00pm closure on Thursday or at Uttoxeter Library opening times 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm Saturday OR
• Email Housing Benefits

2. If you are not sure whether what has happened counts as a change, tell us about it anyway.

Don’t delay in telling us about any changes. If your circumstances change and we don’t know, you may be getting less benefit than you are entitled to or we may have to ask you to pay benefit back at a later date.

3. Sometimes we may need more information to asses your change in circumstance. If so, we’ll write to you.
