 Housing Associations

The following Housing Associations have homes in East Staffordshire which are all available via The East Staffordshire Housing Register. This means you only need to apply once to have access to the homes of all these Housing Associations.

However, there is high demand for most social housing, which is allocated in accordance with the East Staffordshire Allocations Policy, and most people have to wait many months or years before they are offered a home. You may be excluded if you have a history of rent arrears or antisocial behaviour.
