Note: There are no resident technicians at the Town Hall. You may use your own qualified technicians but they must have a valid licence to operate our mobile elevated work platform to access the lighting bars; and be able to produce their licence to management. We can recommend approved local Event Companies who hold such a licence. Contact the Function Suite Manager for details.
Please ask the Duty Supervisor to gain access to the control room and sound/light wardrobe.
Sound
PA System - not suitable for Vocals - but excellent for spoken word/taped music and CDs. 3 microphones: 1 boom stand, 2 table stands
Tannoy/relay to Trent Lounge Bar and Dove and Lingen Rooms
No resident sound technician but external companies can be recommended
