If you think:
- we have treated you unfairly
- we have not done what we should have done
- we have done something badly
- we have not met the standards set down in our Customer Care Policy
You can:
- visit the Cemetery Office where you can explain the nature of your complaint. You may find it beneficial to telephone first to make an appointment - this will ensure that the most appropriate person is available to talk to you.
- telephone the Cemetery Office, explain your reason for telephoning and ask to speak to the right person.
- write to the Cemetery Office explaining the complaint as clearly as you can so that we have all the facts.
If, after making your initial complaint, you are still not satisfied we will explain the formal complaints procedure to you and ask you to fill out a complaints form. You can also contact your local Councillor who can make a complaint on your behalf and follow it up.
