The Council does not offer alternative payment dates. All instalments must be paid by the first day of each month as set out on the bill.

2. call into Customer Services Centre at either:-

• Burton Market Place, opening hours are 9am to 5pm Mon, Tues, Fri and Sat, 9.45am to 5pm Weds and 9am to 6pm Thurs, or
• Uttoxeter Library, opening hours are 9am to 5pm Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri, 10.30am to 5pm Weds and 9am to 4pm Sat
