A Liability (Court) Order is granted by the Magistrates Court. The Order allows us to take any or all of the following enforcement action:

• A referral to Bristow and Sutor (our Bailiffs) for Distraint (£ costs incurred)
• Bankruptcy/Winding Up Petition
• Committal to Prison (sole traders,partnerships only, £ Costs incurred)

If you do not make an arrangement for payment, or fail to keep to an arrangement made, we will take action to enforce payment without further notice.
