  • Write to the Benefits section, ESBC, Town Hall, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire or
  • Telephone one of the numbers in the box below or
  • Call in to see a customer service officer at the Customer Service Centre Market Place,Burton opening times Monday to Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm with a 6pm closure on Thursdays or at Uttoxeter Library opening times Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm 
  • Speak to the Citizen’s Advice Bureau Tel 0844 848 7902
