• Calling into see a customer services officer at the Customer Service Centre, Market Place, Burton on Trent,opening times Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a 6.00pm closure on Thursday or at Uttoxeter Library opening times Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm

2. If you are not sure how to put your reasons for appeal:

• come into see Customer Services at the Market Place, Burton OR at the Library, Uttoxeter
