Lists of applications registered from January 2009 the Monday following the close of the list on the previous Friday.
If you think that the proposals might have implications for you, it is important that you examine the application carefully, remember to make a note of the application reference number.
The application and plans can be viewed electronically either on this web-site or at the Burton or Uttoxeter Customer Service Centre.
If having examined the application you need further advice please telephone 01283 508606 and ask to speak to the case officer, please try to have the application reference number when you phone. Should you wish to meet the officer to discuss the application, you will need to make an appointment.
If you wish to make comments on the application for the Council to consider when it makes a decision, they must be in writing and received before the deadline which is shown at the end of each list on the last page.
