You can search for Planning related decision notices dated from 1st April 1974. The decisions available will enable you to make general enquiries of the planning history of a site. However, if you need to make a definitive search of the site history, you are advised to submit written enquiries to the Council.
The decision notices dating from 1st June 2005 are not signed. However, the notice is as equally binding as the signed copy.
