For the first time in over a decade ESBC is pleased to announce it has 100 percent occupancy in its Industrial Units.

We have 51units in total ranging from car repairs, distribution of fishing tackle, antique storage, industrial laundry, locomotive construction.

The council works closely with agents Rushton Hickman and incoming tenants to negotiate terms in order to let the units in and around Burton and Uttoxeter.

Leader of the Council, Councillor Richard Grosvenor, said: "ESBC is committed to supporting new and existing businesses within the borough, and this is now being backed up by this positive performance indicator."

Chief Executive Andy O’Brien added: "It is pleasing to see that industrial unit occupancy figures have been rising since 2009 and that we can offer space for such a wide variety of businesses."
