Council Successfully Prosecutes Environmental Offences

On 15th April 2015, East Staffordshire Borough Council successfully prosecuted three individuals in relation to a series of environmental offences. The offences - failure to remove domestic refuse from a residential address, a littering offence in a public place, and a failure to remove dog fouling were all successfully enforced at Stafford Magistrates Court.
